3rd Year Construction Apprentice

You're a 3rd-year apprentice, so you know your way around a site—and we're here to help you finish strong. At Down To Earth Construction, you won't just be fetching and carrying. You'll be actively working on the tools, taking the lead on smaller tasks, and getting real hands-on training that counts toward your final assessments. We're a locally based crew in Tauranga and Bay of Plenty, and we're serious about helping you get fully qualified.

- Carry out framing, finishing, and general site duties to a high standard
- Work closely with our senior crew to read plans and problem-solve on the tools
- Apply your hands-on training directly toward your final assessments and logbook sign-offs
- Maintain strict health and safety standards on all our Bay of Plenty sites
- Take the lead on smaller tasks under the guidance of our qualified builders

- You're a 3rd-year construction apprentice (or equivalent)
- You're keen to work hard and take on more responsibility
- You can work full-time and be reliable on site
- You're serious about getting your final qualification
- You're willing to learn and follow health and safety protocols
