• Employment type: Casual
• Location: Auckland, NZ (on-site, within the CBD)
• Rate: starts at NZ$23.95 per hour (adult minimum wage)
As a Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff, your tasks may include:
• Representing a variety of brands, products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Distributing promotional materials, samples and giveaways to engage potential customers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport and generating leads.
• Supporting event operations, including food & beverage service, guest registration, event hosting and ticketing.
• Working as part of concerts, festivals and merchandise teams.
• Assisting with event setup, pack-down and general on-site logistics.
• Bringing events to life by performing as a mascot or fun costume character—if you're up for it!
• Providing reliable business support tailored to our clients' needs.
• Creating memorable experiences, bringing positive energy and great vibes to every event!
Role Requirements:
• Experience in any client- or customer-facing service role (e.g., retail, hospitality, or similar industries) (required)
• Holds a Full NZ Driver's Licence with a clean driving record for the last two years (Preferred)
• Naturally outgoing, friendly and energetic people with a positive and can-do attitude!
• Confident communicators with strong English skills who can follow guidelines and procedures with ease.
• Flexible individuals who can learn and adapt quickly.
• People who enjoy looking polished and professional.
• Team players who are equally comfortable working independently.
• Dependable, reliable and committed staff who show up for the shifts they accept.
• Must be reasonably fit — you’ll be on your feet, moving around and having fun!
No previous Brand Ambassador or Event Staff experience required!
• Choose where and when you work – only work in locations you like and shifts that suit your schedule!
• Never bored – you get to work with a variety of brands and clients, making each shift a fresh and exciting adventure!
• We have 4-hour shift minimums & pay travel if it’s over a certain distance from the CBD.
• If we reduce your hours or cancel a shift within 24 hours, we’ll pay you the shift in full!
• We train you properly and set you up for success
