Sales Professional – Commission Based (AI Voice Technology)
Our client is part of the new wave of AI innovation — developing intelligent AI Voice Agents that transform how businesses handle outbound sales calls. Our AI agents work 24/7, never take sick leave, and can target customers anywhere in the world. As demand grows, we’re expanding into New Zealand and creating a brand new opportunity for a driven, well connected Sales Professional.
This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Director. You’ll build and manage your own sales pipeline, working with SMEs through to large corporates across industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, medical, retail, and more. You’ll leverage your existing networks and introduce businesses to AI Voice Agents — a solution that eliminates the need for manual outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Prospect and engage SMEs and large corporates
• Use your existing industry networks to generate leads
• Present AI Voice Agent solutions to potential clients
• Attend weekly online meetings via Microsoft Teams
• Operate independently as a contractor
Ideal Candidate
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Have your own car, mobile phone, and laptop
• Sales driven with strong networking abilities
• Confident, friendly, and a natural relationship builder
• Has good contacts in your chosen industry (hospitality, medical etc.)
• Thrive in commission-based roles similar to Real Estate or Mortgage Broker
