Compliance & Client Services Associate - Cromwell

We're a people-first building and planning compliance consultancy based in Cromwell, helping developers, building companies and property owners navigate the complexities of building consents, resource consents, and Council requirements.

We're looking for a Compliance & Client Services Associate to join us - someone sharp, organised and adaptable, with a genuine interest in the building and planning industry and a desire to learn, develop and grow with the role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, motivated, and keen to build their knowledge in a role that offers plenty of variety, development, and room to progress.

• Assisting with Building and Resource Consent applications and other compliance administration
• Reviewing documents, organising project information and keeping applications moving
• Following up with clients, Councils, and other professionals
• General business and administrative support
• Identifying and contributing to improvements across internal systems, templates, and processes
• Undertaking research and getting to grips with new rules, legislation, and requirements
• Assisting with basic social media and marketing content
• Jumping into new projects and tasks as the business continues to grow

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Communicate confidently and professionally and comfortable building relationships with clients
• Fast learner who can get your head around unfamiliar information quickly
• Take initiative
• Comfortable switching between detailed compliance work, administration, and creative tasks
