Store Manager

Haus Of Gelato Cafe is looking for a Store Manager to lead our busy Auckland store. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly — managing the team, making sure customers have a great experience, and hitting our targets. • Manage day-to-day store operations and work towards our financial and operational targets
• Supervise and support your team, making sure everyone's trained and delivering great customer service

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues professionally to keep people coming back
• Promote our menu items, offers, and seasonal promotions to drive sales

• Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of a team

• Ability to manage stock, handle cash, and keep accurate records
