Cook

Based in the beautiful Catlins we are about to come into our busy Summer season. We are looking for a cook to help our main cook out by giving her 3 days off a week. You would need to be confident enough to take control of the kitchen and kitchen staff. Our menu is designed to be delicious but user friendly for all kitchen staff.

We have a great team, that love to have a laugh but when needed can dig in and get the hard work done.

Catlins Hotel is a great wee pub with an amazing restaurant and some accommodation as well. We are based on the tourist track so it gets pretty busy.
