Labourer

A hands-on role assisting with civil construction, drainage, driveway, earthworks, and maintenance projects across Banks Peninsula. Duties include general labouring, site clean-up, assisting operators and drivers, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and productive worksite. Applicants must be reliable, physically fit, hardworking, and willing to learn. No experience necessary for the right person.

General labouring and site assistance
Assisting operators and truck drivers
Shovelling, digging and site clean-up
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Setting up and packing down worksites
Following health and safety procedures
Other duties as required

Applicants must:
Have the legal right to work in New Zealand, have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, be reliable and punctual, be physically fit and able to work outdoors, have a full NZ driver's license and have ability to work as part of a team
