Digger Operator - Queenstown

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced operator to join a small, supportive team working across a range of civil projects throughout the Queenstown area.

This role will predominantly involve operating excavators of various sizes, so we are looking for someone who is confident on the digger and holds the appropriate WTR endorsement. Depending on project requirements, you may also be asked to assist with other machinery, including rollers, or jump on the ground and help the team where needed.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience operating excavators/diggers of various sizes
• Current WTR endorsement
• Civil construction or earthworks experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team
• Willingness to assist with other machinery or general labouring when required
• Good awareness of health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking and able to take pride in your work
• Able to pass pre-employment checks, including a drug test
• Must have legal working rights in New Zealand, as sponsorship is not available for this role
