About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Glazier & Aluminium Sash Maker to join a busy aluminium joinery team. This role will suit someone with experience in aluminium fabrication, sash/window making and glazing who takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture and assemble aluminium window and door sashes.
• Cut, measure and fabricate aluminium profiles accurately.
• Install glass into aluminium frames.
• Glaze windows and doors to a high standard.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Read and work from plans, measurements and job specifications.
• Assemble and prepare aluminium joinery for installation.
• Check finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in aluminium joinery, sash making or glazing.
• Ability to measure accurately and work to specifications.
• Good understanding of aluminium fabrication and glazing processes.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety.
